I have worked with individuals, couples and families dealing with a wide range of emotional and relational distress. I support and guide individuals, couples and families, towards growth in emotional, spiritual, mental, and relational health.
Through careful listening, asking helpful questions, and troubleshooting problems I desire therapy to be a place of refuge for clients to process their unique stories and experience transformation. I am certified in Restoration Therapy and also experienced in using Collaborative, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy approaches.
