Adult DBT Group Now Enrolling! This virtual 10 week DBT Group experience will cover: Mindfulness Skills, Emotional Regulation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Distress Tolerance Skills. Led by a licensed and DBT trained therapist, the group will learn new skills, explore how to apply these skills in real life, and support each other to try out new patterns! Individuals over age 18 are welcome. Private pay, Medicaid, Cigna, United, Kaiser and Aetna insurances welcome. The next 10-week group starts September 2024.

“Understanding Your Grief” Online Support Group

Grief can be isolating, and it is best explored in community. Benediction Counseling is offering a 90-minute, 6-week online bereavement support group. Start date for this group is 6/19. We will be using the books Understanding Your Grief and Understanding Your Grief Journal by Alan Wolfelt to further understanding of and reflection on the grief process. This will be a closed group, so we are asking participants to commit to weekly attendance.
