I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in practice for over 20 years. I believe that building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is key to creating a place to explore and address issues and concerns. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness to foster coping skills to help individuals explore and understand how our interpersonal relationships affect our past and present and the impact it has on our lives. I work to assist with improving individual’s quality of life by identifying ways to better cope and manage so you can be the happiest and healthiest you.
My goal is to make a safe and comfortable space for you to address your mental health concerns free of judgement and criticism. I have training and experience working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
