I am a gay male therapist who enjoys working with adult individuals who are open to new ideas and are ready to make mental health a priority in their lives. I am happy to support those struggling with trauma reactions, anxiety and depression, or are just feeling stuck and unfulfilled. I have a special interest in treating trauma with EMDR. I frequently use CBT to develop awareness of how thoughts, behaviors, and emotions relate to each other, and DBT for developing skills and mindfulness. I work with empathy and intentionality. My aim is to help you access the best version of yourself so you can move confidently toward your goals.

I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Anthem, Ucare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, HealthPartners PMAP, Medical PMAP. Hennepin Health, and PreferredOne. We are not able to submit claims for HealthPartners Commercial or Medica/Optum/UMR/UHC Commercial policies. I also have private pay options if you do not wish to use insurance or want to bill for out of network.
