Hi, I'm Ben. I am a queer, sex-positive, trauma-informed therapist, dedicated to helping individuals and partners befriend their nervous system, foster deeper connections with themselves and others, and develop strategies for navigating life challenges. My background in therapy stems from six years of working with young adults and families in an inpatient wilderness therapy program and with a wide range of clients in outpatient settings.
I approach therapy from a place of curiosity and connection while drawing on mindfulness, brainspotting, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to create a warm and non-judgmental space for you to authentically explore your self, your emotions, your unique history and your goals.
My practice is celebratory of neurodiverse, gender-diverse, LGBTQIA+, ethically non-monogamous and kink communities, and I am passionate about working with anyone who has been marginalized because of their identities, preferences, or way of being in this world.
