I've been a therapist since 2010, working with people in a wide range of situations and settings, doing individual, group, and family therapy. I am currently embedded at Learning Solutions in Northampton offering in-person individual therapy and assessment for adults. If you've been in therapy, or are brand new - welcome! All parts of you are welcome: visible, invisible, messy, shy, smart, weird, silent, and emerging. My aim is to create a collaborative, safe, challenging, and rewarding space to talk, explore, grieve, heal, and learn and practice new skills - so you can start feeling better and making changes.
We can explore and integrate a recent evaluation or diagnosis, or broadly consider who you are, how you got to where you are, and how you navigate the world, as both an individual and part of a bigger web. I take a relational and present-focused approach, and believe that culture, meaning, power, and context always matter.
Clients have said I have a warm and authentic style, can be both fun and irreverent, and attentive and direct, tailoring therapy to their style and needs. Let's set up a brief call to see if working together would be a good fit, for short- or longer-term therapy. I look forward to connecting.
