Chronic pain. Depression. Anxiety. Failing relationships. Trauma. If you are experiencing any of these conditions, you know exactly how devastating they can be for your life, your relationships, and your happiness. If you recognize yourself in any of those words, I want you to know that you're not alone in these struggles…and talking to a therapist can help.
My goal is to develop a safe and secure therapeutic relationship where we can address your challenges, process your traumas, and help you feel better. But our work won't just focus on what’s “wrong” in your life; we will also identify meaningful goals, and means of improving your relationships with others, and (most importantly) yourself.
Through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, I work with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am certified in pain reprocessing therapy, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and trained in Brainspotting and Gottman Method for couples therapy (Level 2).
