I specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, and working with couples on relationships. I work with adolescents and adults and provide therapy for people who feel like these issues are getting in the way of their goals, impacting their lives negatively, and feel stuck. My goal is to understand the obstacles that are holding you back and help you make the changes that you desire in your life. I provide exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression. ERP is considered the most effective treatment for OCD and anxiety. I focus on helping you break the patterns of OCD behaviors and the "rules" OCD creates that may have you feeling stuck through behavior change and thought challenges.
I have specialized in OCD and anxiety for the past 9 years, and the depression that is often associated with it. I focus on four main areas of practice: OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, and have extensive experience in those areas using evidence-based approaches to provide relief.
