To successfully take on life's challenges, we need to feel confident in who we are, that our experiences are understandable, and that we can rely on others in times of need. Our confidence, beliefs about ourselves and the world, ability to handle difficulties, and ways of relating to others are molded in important relationships.

In therapy, we have the opportunity to gain awareness, understanding, and freedom from patterns that are no longer necessary for us and get in the way of authentic living.
