I have experience working with various ages from infants to young adults. I have experience related to emotional behavioral disorders, Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, communication, short/long-term illness, multiple disabilities, and trauma. As a dual-degree music therapist, I can use music-based interventions to tap into your inner creativity/self.
As your therapist, my goal is to create a warm, encouraging, validating, and inviting space for you to work on your goals, find your innate strengths, and see what makes you shine. You are the expert of your own story. I am here to collaborate and guide you in innovative and creative ways, and find the path towards acceptance that life is messy.
