The focus of my work with clients is re-attuning one's feeling, thinking and sensing patterns to health. Adverse life experiences and unhealthy modeling often create adaptive strategies that keep us conflicted on the inside, incapable of forming meaningful connections with others, frustrated and joyless. I combine Internal Family Systems approach, Somatic Experiencing training, trauma expertise, and psychoanalytic perspective to help clients connect to their authentic selves and embrace a journey toward fulfillment, purpose and healing. I also work with clients who do plant medicine work and provide psychedelic integration sessions.
My areas of focus are developmental and complex trauma, relationship problems, grief, depression and anxiety. I also work with individuals who look to integrate psychedelic experiences or plan to incorporate psychedelic therapy into their healing journey. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a certified EMDR specialist.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, CA and completed Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) certification with Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing Institute. I approach my work with creativity and passion, and find fulfillment in seeing people expand their lives.
