I have years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in working with people dealing with anxiety or depression, struggling with relationships, feeling a low sense of self-worth, or grappling with the effects of trauma. I primarily use a person-centered psychodynamic approach that is gentle and unstructured.
