I work deeply and kindly with all life's issues. I help those dealing with relationship concerns, career challenges and life transitions. I also work with those suffering from shame, self-criticism and negative thought patterns which may arise from early abuse or neglect. While it is imperative to address past trauma and correct cognitive misperceptions, treating these issues also requires the development of self-compassion. With warmth and empathy, I will help you nurture self-acceptance, cultivate compassion and understanding, allowing you to become a more authentic and contented self.
In addition to pursuing my MA in Mental Health Counseling, I also hold a certificate in Nondual Kabbalistic Healing. This training integrates Kabbalistic wisdom, modern psychology and Buddhist teachings. I also incorporate a humanistic approach, as well as principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to tailor treatment to individual needs.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel deeply heard and accepted. Through our work together, clients will learn to experience a range of feelings, live in the moment without judgment and maximize their well-being.
