I have diverse experience, including children, couples, families, group, anger management, etc. My approach is multi-modal, because I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all," so I very much try to adjust accordingly to each client I encounter, and if I do not have what is needed, I have cast a wide network in order to refer to appropriate parties. My primary populations have been people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and phase of life. What matters most to me is providing a safe space for my clients.
