I use person centered therapy and address different mental health diagnosis and focus on trauma and changing behavior.
I have multiple training, certifications and experience on trauma which we believe are the main sources of struggle in mental health. I believe in a holistic therapy method that we adjust to individual cases as we get to know each other.
