Each person is made up of valuable strengths that can be of great use to them in navigating life’s journey—my job is to help you realize and expand upon those strengths to empower yourself, all while in a safe environment. I have worked in intensive outpatient, inpatient, and outpatient settings and use this experience to help my clients wherever they may be on their journey.
I use a strengths-based approach to help adults navigate a variety of life issues, specializing in anxiety, issues/trauma from childhood or family, grief/loss, and relationship/attachment issues. I am happy to collaborate with my clients to find an integrative approach that works best for them to be rooted in healing.
