Many come from helping professions, are creatives, empaths/HSP, spiritually seeking, or in a season of transition such as college, mid-life, or empty nest and are wanting support along the way. These clients desire a safe place to discover their true voice, process grief, or find a new path forward. I believe every person already has the gifts, tools, and resilience within, yet may need a pioneer to help mine, make meaning, and empower toward lasting change.
I look at the whole mind-body-heart person in the context of relationship, culture, and community. My specialties include: grief & loss, relational trauma, faith fractures, identity, transitions, befriending uncomfortable emotions, spiritual integration, and mindfulness. I use research-based modalities to uniquely meet specific needs, pace, and goals.
