Teen Anger Management

Is anger getting the best of your teen? Is anger destroying your home? Do you want to help your teen control their anger? Enroll your teen in our 6 week Anger Management Group. This group will help your teen get to the root of their anger. Teens who participate in this group learn to implement evidenced based Anger Management strategies. Topics include: Understanding Anger, What Pushes My Anger Buttons, How to Cope With Anger So I won't get in trouble, Express Yourself to Respect Myself. All participants receive a Certificate of Completion.
