Hi! My name is Olivia Pierce, LPC and I work with teens, adults, and couples on issues of anxiety, depression, adjustments, trauma, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is based on relational therapy, but I bring in other forms of therapy as best fits my client’s needs. It is my belief that we all are seeking mental health but sometimes we get stuck or sidetracked and find ourselves wondering what to do next. We work hard to adapt to life to make it in this challenging world and sometimes it might feel hard to reach out for help.
I understand this position and work to provide a warm, open space to explore change and discuss difficult topics. I want to meet you where you are, with the goal that through our work together you will find growth, meaning, and insight to better cope with what comes your way. We can’t control what life brings our way but we can strengthen our responses.
My desire for my clients is they walk away from our work together with a greater sense of resilience, self-worth, and a deep sense of knowledge that they can weather life’s storms. I have immediate teletherapy openings!
