Hello! I'm Becky Zimmerman (they/them), and I want to accompany you on your mental and emotional wellness journey. I work with individuals aged seven and up, couples, and polycules. As a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I strive to create an inclusive environment for other members of the alphabet soup. I also work well with geeks, gamers, kinksters, and the consensual non-monogamy community. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life changes, I am here for you.
I use a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed approach, incorporating traditional methods such as CBT and other less conventional methods like art and play. I work collaboratively with my clients to discover their unique needs and create a plan to meet them.
