My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassionate exploration and attunement, and it is inspired by elements of Emotion-Focused therapy, parts and inner-child work, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory. I deeply value and respect your experiences and beliefs, and I aim to provide affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed counseling.
