In addition to being a counseling intern, I am a Licensed School Counselor and an active member of my community. I am a dedicated counselor with over 10 years of experience in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. I started as a school counselor and have worked extensively with children, adolescents and their families.
I will help you explore your experiences and develop coping strategies in a client-centered, empathetic space. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, school and family based challenges. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and empowering my clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.
