I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice. Over the past 2 decades, I have worked with a variety of clients using a psychodynamic approach to build relationships that facilitate change. I have expertise in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression or grief and loss. I help clients explore difficulties they may be experiencing with relationships, intimacy, low self esteem, parenting, careers and life transition challenges.
I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique perspective in an authentic, supportive, and safe environment. Together we gain insight into relationship patterns and challenges, helping clients to increase their self awareness. With this enhanced knowledge, clients can make thoughtful decisions about their lives.

I have a Master's in Social Work, advanced training in grief and loss, and have completed a 2-year program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
