I am dedicated to helping people navigate life transitions, heal unresolved trauma, cope with grief and loss, manage anxiety and depression, parent in a conscious and connected manner, and discover their inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing. I use strength-based, trauma-informed, and IFS-informed approaches in my work. I foster a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space for my clients to help them make sense of what they are experiencing, develop insight into their life challenges, access their own strengths and resources, and make changes to lead more fulfilling lives.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, IFS Level 1 trained, EMDR Consultant in Training, and Board Certified Music Therapist. I offer consultation for EMDR therapists. I have specialized training in IFS-informed EMDR, DARe, PTSD, complex trauma, PMAD's, grief and loss, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, body-centered modalities, and expressive art techniques.
