I believe therapy is a balance of support and challenge, and you grow at your own pace. I help my clients find meaning in their experiences and move forward to create new stories.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR and Brainspotting for the treatment of trauma that allows us to intentionally engage with those overwhelming experiences, thereby changing harmful patterns and getting unstuck. I can help you reconnect to your emotions and heal injured parts, feeling more grounded and empowered within yourself.
For over 10 years, I have repeatedly witnessed people heal emotional wounds /psychological distress caused by trauma and tough life experiences.
