Making the decision to start therapy is not easy, and finding the right therapist can feel nearly impossible. I tell my clients that no one should be in therapy forever; rather, therapy provides an opportunity to process your experiences and learn strategies to keep moving forward as you ride the roller coaster of life. I value the implementation of therapeutic techniques supported by research while providing a nonjudgmental, supportive, strengths-based approach.
I welcome all clients looking to improve their life, work on relationships, manage anxiety and/or depression, process trauma, and navigate grief. I have over 10 years of specialization in Clinical Health Psychology, focusing on improving sleep, pain management, smoking cessation, sexual health, and coping with serious and chronic medical illnesses.
I am only available on weekends and I conduct therapy both in-person and via telehealth depending upon your preference. I am licensed in Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri and can meet via telehealth with clients located in any of these states.
