After moving back to Montana 9 years ago, I have realized that helping and working with people that are struggling with life issues, depression and anxiety continues to be my passion. I have been working as a LCSW for 7+ years and am excited to offer individual, family and couples therapy. I have a passion for working with the aging population and the many life challenges they and their families are experiencing. I have experience working with children and adults with issues that include anxiety, depression, PTSD, Postpartum depression, sibling conflicts and unexpected life changes.,
I provide client-centered, strength based therapy for adults of all ages. I utilize a variety of modalities to include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing. But I always start with and use therapy techniques that would benefit my client the most.
I can also provide services to the aging population right in their own home, assisted living facility or nursing home. This allows for this under-served population to receive services in their setting, a less intimidating and comfortable space. It also eliminates the stress of trying to find transportation to another appointment.
