I am a narcissist survivor. Therapy helped me untangle and reassign responsibility in my experiences. I understand the pain of emotional abuse, single motherhood, divorce, trauma and the heartache of feeling alone and unimportant. Life gets hard and unfair. My personal experiences give me deep empathy for my clients. My goal is to help others find themselves, heal from depression and trauma, and learn to use their voice with confidence and power. I understand the science behind good relationships and want to empower you in finding peace, connection, healing, and belonging.

Relationships develop patterns over time, and I hope to help you see and alter them. We can work to process deep pain from betrayal. Blending a new family can be very challenging! Identity building is key to healing and healthy functioning. Let's help you discover and build a self you can trust. Healthy boundaries are crucial to self and relationships.

I treat and empathize with victims of emotional abuse from a toxic or narcissistic relationship. Whether a child or spouse, it leaves painful scars. I also welcome basic mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, marriage, mate selection, dating and re-marriage, blended/step-families, narcissism survival and individual therapy.
