Individuals and couples crave a discerning witness to their experience. Someone to walk beside them who can hold what is true now, as well as hope for their future. Whether you are experiencing a difficult season, processing harm, curious about how your story has impacted your life, or simply needing a witness to your current struggle- I'd love to walk with you toward health and transformation. Often, couples seek help for communication issues in their relationships. Couples therapy addresses communication and how your individual stories impact your current relationship.

I offer in-person and telehealth sessions for adults and couples. While sessions are client-directed, my work with clients is rooted in the research on attachment and interpersonal neurobiology. Which means that I focus on how my clients' early relationships have impacted the ways that they live in the world now. Our stories hold our harm and our healing.

Therapy looks different for each person or couple. It can be difficult to know who is the right fit for you and how to begin therapy. The search is brave in itself. When you reach out to me, we can discern together if we are a fit. We'll have a brief phone call to answer questions you might have and possibly schedule a first session.
