Accepting New Clients! My approach for counseling is primarily person centered and trauma focused. While my specialty is trauma and stress related disorders, I work with teens and adults in a variety of backgrounds, life stages and diagnoses. I am also experienced in working with individuals and families who may be experiencing a variety of issues, such as: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues and life transitions including career. My counseling style is collaborative, non-judgmental and supportive. We will use your personal strengths to help you move from a place of “stuck” to a place of hope and resilience.
While I have worked with individuals of a variety of backgrounds, life stages, and diagnoses, my specialty is working with adolescents, teens, early adulthood and couples. Through my partnership with Waybridge Counseling, I offer a safe, accepting environment that promotes personal growth.
