I am passionate about providing holistic, strength based and person-centered therapeutic services. My practice is rooted in compassion. I honor all identities, complexities and experiences. My areas of specialty: anxiety, trauma, exploring identity, religious trauma, LGBTQIA2S+, body acceptance, difficult life changes, depression, work life balance, improving communication skills, and creative expression. In our work together, we will not look at what is 'wrong' with you, rather what has happened in your life and where to go from here.
I am welcoming, trauma informed, culturally sensitive and intuitive. I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” therapeutic method to use. I am integrative and collaborative, utilizing many different techniques while working together to create a plan that most resonates with you. My goal is to support you in finding meaningful ways to be in the present.
