I work with kiddos, parents, teens, young adults, couples, and anyone in between! Depending on age, I use play therapy, CBT, and DBT to help with an array of issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, depression, anger issues, family conflict, etc. I believe in seeing the whole person not just their symptoms!
There is always hope. You are never too far gone or broken. You are just a human going through human things! My main priority is to meet you with the utmost unconditional positive regard, compassion, and care. There is nothing "too bad" or "too complicated" I haven't seen before and we can't work it out together!
