I utilize an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on acceptance-commitment therapy techniques, trauma-informed care, emotionally focused therapy techniques, and other evidence-based approaches.
I hold post-graduate certifications in Traumatology (including trainings in psychological first aid, grief and loss, child and adolescent trauma, assessment and treatment of PTSD, etc.) and Post-Adoptive Foster and Family Therapy. I also work with individuals exploring their queer identities and relationships, and deconstructing religious trauma.
