I’m passionate about supporting others on their journey, especially those who are navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period, and those who are hoping to learn tools to cope with anxiety and heal from the impacts of trauma. I also support parents with babies in the NICU. I have completed training in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health.
