Welcome to counseling! My approach focuses on understanding the deeper roots of challenges you may face, offering a space where we can unravel these complexities together. I understand that beginning counseling can bring mixed feelings. Many of my clients are new to counseling and experience varying degrees of ambivalence about engaging in the counseling process. Our sessions aim to bring insight and clarity in order to empower you to live a fulfilling life as your most authentic self.
