I want to know your lived experience, help deepen the connection between your mind & body, develop insight and awareness around patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you, cultivate compassion & presence, and tune in to your needs and desires to support your overall wellness.
My practice centers the needs of Queer and Trans folks. Finding the right person to accompany you on your journey of self-exploration may feel overwhelming. This is temporary. Groups
LGBTQ Process Group
This group is about the intersection of queer identity, gender and anxiety. Together we will foster connection, present moment awareness, compassion and self-care. We will develop mindfulness skills and return to present moment while sharing and connecting with other queer folks in the community. Group generally begins with an opening check-in, followed by an open share/discussion. Groups are unique and each it's own experience depending upon what members need and create together. This is a special opportunity for connection and growth.
