I utilize a person centered, experiential approach and adjust to fit each client's needs. I also offer experience with the mental health issues of agricultural workers, outdoor industry professionals, and recreationists. I have completed specialty trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level I, EFT Couples Counseling Externship, and Attachment Focused EMDR.
Every person deserves a safe space to explore their unique fears, love, sadness, joys, and more. I work with adolescents and adults regardless of identity, background, and orientations.
