As a licensed school psychologist, my goal is to support achievement and social-emotional/behavioral health of children and teens , to help empower their ability to cope with stressors and better access the learning environment. Whether through designing intervention or evaluating students with various learning differences, autism, or other neurodiversities, I am dedicated to a strength-based approach that honors your child’s individual strengths and resourcefulness. My focus is on building the capacity and resilience to help my clients identify and embrace their unique abilities to navigate the challenges they face.
I offer comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation services to assess giftedness and learning difficulty as well as an integrative approach to mental health through counseling, psycho-education, and holistic practices that include therapeutic yoga, mindfulness to build self-awareness, regulation of the nervous system, executive functioning, and resiliency.
