We provide Behavioral Health Outpatient Services to individuals, families, and couples in person or telehealth. Beacon Wellness Center specializes in implementing EMDR protocols, CBT, Person- centered and Existential Therapy. We have extensive training in treating clients experiencing PTSD, Pain Management, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Grief/loss, DID, and Relationship issues. We provide BHA Assessments, SA Assessments, and referrals to improve overall wellness of health. Our Team: SuJong Chang MS, LPC, NCC offers individual psychotherapy in person and telehealth sessions. Ashley Nash MS, APC, NCC (Pre Licensure-Psychotherapist).
I use EMDR protocols in session. You may learn through diverse techniques as I will implement visual, physical, cognitive or behavioral techniques to assist you in developing skills that will work for you.
I understand the difficulty with trusting a person, to assist you with finding the truth when others have caused you pain. I am here to assist you with finding that truth, to hold the pain with you, to process the pain and live in your natural way.
