NOT accepting new clients. My primary focus is working with women aged 30 years and older. If you are ready to make changes in your life, there is help. I specialize in working with woman who are motivated towards healing and wholeness. We’ll explore the feelings that arise in your body and notice their links to your thoughts and behaviors. I’ll empower you to choose a more positive narrative, to look at your life through a different lens.
Together, we will look at what is working for you and what patterns are no longer serving you. I utilize an eclectic client-centered approach by meeting you where you are, and creating an empathic, and non-judgmental space that allows you to feel safe to open up and be yourself.
Making the decision to begin therapy is a big step and I congratulate you. Together we will work to identify and address concerns, develop skills and strategies, achieve goals, and improve your overall mental health and well-being. I look forward to taking this journey with you at your pace and in a style that best fits your needs.
