I am passionate about helping women live their best life. I utilize an integrated and holistic approach. Taking care of body, mind, and soul plays a pivotal role in our ability to flourish. I welcome client's who want to integrate their faith or spirituality with counseling or therapy. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, and DBT/CBT.
I work with women who want to explore and understand the impact of early childhood or traumatic experiences and how such experiences could contribute to anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationships and potentially hinder them from accomplishing their life goals and/or the purpose God has for their life.
