I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist who is passionate about serving as a support for those who are struggling with their mental health. I enjoy working closely and collaboratively with individuals to develop skills that will help them feel better equipped to face life’s challenges.
I specialize in the treatment of young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, relationship concerns, trauma, immigration and acculturation, and first generation college students. I primarily integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) depending on your needs.
