I view my role as working in collaboration alongside you on your healing journey. As a queer and non binary therapist, I believe in creating a space where you can be your full and authentic self.
While working together you can expect validation, authenticity, compassionate curiosity and kindness. My approach to therapy is inspired by collective liberation, radical self-love, trauma-informed care and is neurodiverse affirming. Some additional modalities that inform my practice include: DBT, Parts Work, ACT, and Humanistic Therapy.
As a therapist I value autonomy and empowerment. I am committed to anti-racism and a lifelong learner of anti-oppression frameworks. Both inform my understanding of the ways systemic oppression harm us as individuals and harm our communities. I am inspired by human resilience and I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
