I work with my clients to build confidence and autonomy in my sessions to speak freely. No struggle is too big or too small. We work on creating larger goals at first, while also looking into smaller steps to reach those larger goals. My top priority is client comfort and ensuring a safe space for each person in the therapeutic environment. Just be yourself and come to the session, you've already done an amazing job.
With anxiety and depression, it can be challenging to see the progress that is being made. I ensure each client is giving themselves credit for what they have done and how much they can do in their life. We take the little victories and continue to move forward.
