I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I've been providing psychotherapy since 2017, and have a long career history in disability work. Overall I have 17 years experience in Carework. I work primarily with adult individuals & couples with marginalized identities (in gender, sexuality, ability, neurotype, race, body size, etc), and I also provide EMDR Intensives as well as Autism & ADHD Assessments for adults.
My specialities are neurodivergence, trauma and relationships. I feel a unique clinical strength of mine is prioritizing emotional safety, and attuning to one’s “window of tolerance”, which is especially helpful for folks with dysregulated nervous systems due to trauma or neurodivergence or both.
