I am currently accepting new clients for both individual and couples therapy and have openings Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings and evenings, and Wednesdays. In my work I focus on creating an environment that is safe enough for clients to explore feelings and experiences, and to delve into the things that worry them. Clients I work with are often struggling with parenthood, marriage, partners, or children, personal relationships, or major changes in life. I love working with clients who are curious and engaged, and for clients seeking art therapy services, therapy is also a priority to provide new means of expression and healing.
I provide either talk therapy or art therapy to clients, or a mix of the two if that's what you prefer! I the use a variety of approaches in my work, including psychodynamic theory, CBT, and relational theory, and have extensive experience in issues related to parenting and family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions.
More important than any technical approach, however, is my belief that all people have something to offer and that change is possible. My personal style is warm, welcoming, attentive, and purposeful. I would love to meet you and see how we can grow!
