I am not accepting new clients, but therapists at my group practice are. Are you using substances and concerned about how it has impacted your health, relationships, career and life choices? Have you been self medicating for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, low self worth, guilt or shame? Is your mental health getting worse because of your substance use? Have you been sober and you want to continue to manage your mental health to continue to support recovery? Are you wondering if you can control your substance use or if you have to completely stop using? Let me support you on this journey.
You will learn skills to help manage your anxiety or depression and help provide relief around your stress, trauma, loss, shame and guilt. You can learn about addiction and how it impacts the brain. You will figure out how to navigate a decision to either stop your use or gain support to control it.
I hold sessions with adults, young adults and teens. Specific areas of focus include; substance use, anxiety, depression, personal growth, trauma, self-esteem, empowerment, loss and grief, and life transitions.
