It’s not enough to just be there; being present matters even more. In hard times, we need to tap into our best selves. I use CBT & DBT, but I tailor the sessions to meet you where you're at.
By creating a supportive environment, we can work together to manage stress and build resilience, leading to a healthier and more balanced life. Over 20 years, in both the military and as a 1st responder I understand how hard it can be to find someone to trust. Someone who will listen, be nonjudgmental, and mostly importantly who will care.
