I specialize in anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, specific phobias and OCD behaviors, and borderline personality disorder. I also specialize in marriage and divorce counseling. For compulsions and phobias, I use an accelerated anxiety treatment program developed by Reid Wilson that is markedly different from typical exposure-based techniques.
My training and approach draws on Contemplative and Eastern understandings of the mind through meditation practice. I seek to bring clients in touch with their own inner strengths by holding all of their experience in the cradle of loving kindness.
