With a combination of creative tools, practical methods, and formal clinical training in psychology, we'll work collaboratively on whatever you bring to session. You are the expert of your own life and my goal is for you to gain insight, identify and break patterns, and work toward the changes you desire. I strive to make therapy feel like a safe place for you. My approach could be described as eclectic which caters to your unique needs. I integrate useful aspects of psychoanalysis, CBT, family systems, MBT, humanistic and holistic approaches, my own therapeutic relational style, and more.
Alongside of this, I will be providing you with tools you can apply to your everyday life to become more mindful, capable, and confident in your ability to restore your power. It is a goal of mine to create a therapeutic relationship for you in which you feel seen and heard in your experience and perspective of this world.
